Ask a new question. I am updating my hp laptop computer from windows 8. It has completed the downloading and when to the preparing installation and it has been stuck their for 4 windows 10 download stuck on preparing for installation.
I would like some assistance so that i can be able to resolve the issue and start using the windows Thanks in advance.
